The main emphasis at Premier Musical Theatre is on performance. The training is two-fold;

1. Instill a strong sense of identity and self confidence that gets applied to all aspects of their lives.
2. Offer advanced training for those students interested in pursuing an arts-based profession.
3. Perform in a professional musical production at the end of each 15 week program.

What sets Premier Musical Theatre apart is accountability by each student. Juried evaluations are a major part of day-to-day training in workshop classes and throughout the rehearsal process.

1. Students are studied closely during instruction to identify specific challenges and lessons are tailored accordingly.
2. Growth is achieved by challenging each student with a competition between the artist he or she is today and the artist they were last week.

Most importantly, Premier Musical Theatre offers instruction by working professionals in their field. Guest Artists are brought in to keep the students informed, and instructors are working every day as artists staying ahead of artistic trends and industry standards and influencing those very advancements themselves.
